Cool vintage ring silver size 8.5-9

This ring always gets me compliments. It’s just too big for me. Probably a size 7-8. It has markings on it, but I am not sure if it is the artisan stamp or a sterling stamp. I don’t think it is sterling (too heavy). Purchased it at an artisan festival in Mexico City.
