Cooper + Ella Flutter Sleeve Burgundy Dress

Brand new (just removed tags but never actually wore aside from last photo for selling purposes) dress in a gorgeous burgundy shade with 3/4 flutter sleeves and v-neckline. Length from arm to hem is 25.5 inches. Has side zipper. Love this dress its just a tad too small. Perfect option for holidays. 97% polyester 3% spandex.
