off white background. this a lite cotton tote bag. has the shoulder straps. no closures of any kind. has all main known Disney beloved characters on the front. this is Christmas theme. has the Disney name in the middle at the bottom of thr picture. the Cotton On logo is in the right hand corner. there is a a clear plastic piece around one of the straps on the right hand side. I do not know if brand new so I left listed as pre-owned. this is cotton but it isn't thick material though. will not hold majorly heavy items. the inside tag has a date of Sept 2020. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements laying flat with no stretch. 16 inches across 14 inches in height staps have a 10 inch clearance
