Cowboy on Horse Room Decor

American West decor. Cowboy on horse. Size is approximately 12" x 10" x 6". I think it is resin, but I'm not sure. It weighs just under 3 pounds. Cowboy's right hand has a hole (intentional). I assume it once had some leather lacing to look like the cowboy was holding some rope. Very good pre-loved condition.
