Cropped Puff Sleeve, Square Neck Blouse

Can be worn two ways for two different tops! Wear over the shoulder with a square neck or off the shoulder for a cute summer look. I wanted to be able to wear this to work so I got it two sizes larger but it’s still too cropped to wear with anything that’s not high rise. Its super cute with tailored shorts :) Great condition, worn no more than 5x
