Cropped summer top size small forever 21

Cute little cropped summer top from forever 21 size small. Yellow in color with a front tie it’s not padded and with the elastic in the back there’s wiggle room for a lot of different body types. Excellent condition, no issues whatsoever. Measurements are 15 across the bodice and the length from the top of the straps is 14 1/2 inches. This is without me stretching anything.
