Rose quartz/pink cross cross halter dress with hidden side zipper and tie back. While this dress is brand new with tags it has few minor flaws, as shown. All of these flaws could be remedied at home or with a professional dry cleaner/seamstress and it is priced according to flaws. 1)The inner label is disconnected on one side 2)Loose stitching on back, scissors pointing to the area 3) Small stain(did not try to remove) about 5-6" up from the bottom of the dress *Please note that model pics show the dress styled with the Billie belt but it does not come with the belt. 17.5" ptp 15" waist 48.5" length
