Custom made by a retired international seamstress who now lives in my area. She made this for her granddaughter. Measurements are as follows: Top / Jacket Armpit to armpit - 17" Length - 18" Skirt Side to side at waist - 10.5" Length - 19.5" Very Detailed. Elastic at waist is still good elastic around sleeves is loose and will need replacing. Check Measurement for best fit.

myvmplus @blueprintvault I bought this from another lady who made for her granddaughter my grandddaughter never wore this but based on measurements I would say size is 6-7. If you have something your daughter wears compare the measurements for best fit would be my suggestion. It is super cute and such fun colors.
