Cutest Hawaiian style vintage dress

Cutest Hawaiian-style dress in white and brown. Hibiscus flower motif. Circa 70’s. Quarter zipper in back. Polyester and has slight stretch/give to the fabric. Flared skirt area. Decoratively ties in back. Just adorable. About a size small. No size marked. Please consult measurements below. Waist 29” and has a little stretch. Can be tied in back to cinch waist smaller. ~38-39” long approx. with another 1.75” of hem that can be let out. (Prior owner turned hem under to shorten to its current length.) About a 32” bust, flat lay, unstretched and does not include extra girth the stretchy cup area provides. I am a 35” bust, 29” underbust, B/C cup and this fits well.
