ney7kline I hate gossip. I just want to validate your claim. You did purchase a counterfeit David Yurman bracelet from Cynthia. I know for a fact because I got duped by Cindy, who also sells on eBay, and purchased 2 of her David Yurman rings from her "personal collection." She has a truckload of David Yurman Jewelry from her personal collection.

ney7kline I sold one of them for $200.00, which was my break even point after I paid my commission. I didn't sell it as a David Yurman ring. Objectively, I sold it as a Sterling silver, 18k yellow gold, sapphire ring. That's what it was.

ney7kline Had it been a David Yurman ring, I would have listed it for $550.00 and that would have been considered a bargain.

smarichal @ney7kline oh. I paid $300. You can see a photo from my closet- blue topaz 5mm. As soon as i got it i asked her to confirm authenticity then she blocked me. @fordlake is a scammer. Ive now involved American Express since i havent heard back from Poshmark.

ney7kline @smarichal - never use ( P pal) to buy merchandise because the burden of proof is on the buyer and they only give 5 days to prove your claim. P Pal is a name not a friend. American Express operates differently, though. Do a google search. Cynthia also goes by the name Cindy and has a store called TheWatchDon located in Oregon. The reason why I contacted you was not to gossip but to let you know that you may have overpaid for a Sterling silver blue topaz bracelet.

ney7kline Unfortunately, because Cindy blocked you, you can't ask her for a partial refund.

ney7kline Cynthia holds up a plaque from Saint Jude Cancer Society that was authenticated in 1962 - lol. Cynthia is 60 years old. That would mean that she was 6 years old when she got that plaque. Anyway, Cindy's closet is for a good cause and raises money for cancer. I've never heard such B.S. In my life. I can't believe Poshers are that gullible.

ney7kline @smarichal - I'm a veteran. I'm raising money in behalf of Veterans when it's being funded by the government. Does that make sense? What Cindy is saying is that she purchased David Yurman jewelry with her retirement funds and is donating the proceeds to the Breast Cancer fund. Cynthia is in the wrong business. Perhaps she should be a politician.

ney7kline Am I still pissed off with Cynthia for knowingly selling me 2 counterfeit David Yurman rings? I won't lie. What I do when I purchase a designer Anything is I do a google search and go on other websites and compare hallmarks. Unfortunately, Cindy is not the only one selling the same fortune cookie rings and bracelets and that's how I got duped.

smarichal @ney7kline lesson learned for me. Ill stick to the DY store.
Feb 23Reply
ney7kline
ney7kline @smarichal - I sell a lot of David Yurman jewelry. Do you know how many buyers will return my jewelry to Tradesy claiming that it's counterfeit? Tradesy has a policy that they will accept all returns and authenticate all designer and non designer jewelry, etc. so you can still purchase David Yurman jewelry at a fraction of retail and get the very same guarantee that it's authentic,

ney7kline @smarichal - I've sold 2 David Yurman items and have one on consignment with TrueFacet. I ship my items directly to them and they authenticate it before it's shipped out to the buyer. So there are still some good deals to be had.

ney7kline So you want to know how to proceed to get a refund. You will have to present your case to American Express. Take a photo of the Sterling silver blue topaz bracelet that Cindy sent you and do a google search or go to Tradesy.com and snap photos of what the authentic David Yurman should look like or go to a David Yurman store and snap photos of their authentic DY bracelets with the hallmark along with a pic of the storefront.

ney7kline If PoshMark won't respond back to you in a timely manner, snap photos of Cindy's negative feedback and show American Express how PoshMark has allowed Cindy to violate their number one rule, which is selling off their website.

ney7kline Snap a photo of Cindy's Bio that she proudly brags about, the plaque that she received from St. Jude's FOR PROFIT hospital in 1962 when she was 6 years old. The right thing for PoshMark to do since Cindy has blocked you from any further communication is for you to return the bracelet to Posh. They can handle the matter from there, which is to return the bracelet to Cindy & issue You a refund. You are really doing a service to other Poshers cuz PoshMark will investigate Cindy.

ney7kline American Express will ask you if U contacted Cindy & PoshMark. snap a photo of PoshMark's 3 day return policy & that they didn't get back to you in a timely manner. this will ruffle the CEO & Founder of PoshMark and that's O.K.. He needs to be in the know about what is happening on his website. The CEO has taken action & blocked 90 percent of sellers on his website from selling David Yurman jewelry. I sell my David Yurman jewelry on Tradesy.com where it can be authenticated by a 3rd party.

ney7kline This is Cindy's, aka Cynthia, phone number. She says on PoshMark that she is located in Kentucky. Try Oregon. I was pretty upset when I found out that she duped me. etsy found out because I'm a blogger & canceled her store. She's not building a reputation because she's using different usernames on every website that she sells on. She's blocked me on eBay. Phone Number: (510) 461-2924 Address: 1265 Independence Hwy Independence, Oregon 97351-9626

ney7kline I'm a poor loser and take my money very seriously, so I also wrote her up on my Facebook page that is linked to my Twitter account. She need not worry, though. The only folks who read my blog is the media, politicians and CEO's.
Feb 26Reply
ney7kline
ney7kline She goes by the username TheWatchDon on Instagram and Twitter. If you look under her David Yurman sold listings, she's had cancellations and Poshers calling her a Scammer. She's even told other Poshers her full name.
