DVF royal blue dress with side ruching

Side fan/ruching detail adds an elegant touch and helps conceal the tummy a bit. Such a beautiful color! Flattering style just a little tight for me(I’m usually a 6-8). Lower seam is comind undone as shown so will need to be resown(had a similar issue with the sleeve previously and fixed it). Measurements: bust 17 in across, waist 14 in across, hips 18 in across, 37 in shoulder to hem(I’m 5’2”).
