Dankso size 40 women black clogs work shoes size 10

Since I have taken the photos, I used some black touchup and colored in those scuffed areas around the top of the foot, overall in good condition, some signs of wear mild to moderate on the soles as shown and scratches and scuffs a little bit all over. Photos for reference because somebody who bought these said she normally gets gets a 40 and these were way too big so she believes they were men’s so I accepted the return, but I took photos showing that they should fit fit a US size size 10, because that’s what I am, so in my opinion, they are women’s. Shouldn’t somewhat loose, sizing chart says 1 finger width loose, as you can see they are.
