Dark Brown Layered Fringe mini skirt

This is a Cravefame by Almost Famous layered fringe mini skirt new w/tag that I bought on an online platform for a special occasion but never got to wear. It says size 9 but I wear 7 - 9 and this is too small for me. I can get it on but then can't zip it up. It has stretch but very little.
