Darling snail pin with crystal dangles by Kathleen Wilcox out of Tallahassee Florida. Kathleen is an award winning enamel artist & is known for her intricate designs of the flora & fauna of Florida. She has been working as a studio artist since 1986. Her work is exhibited & sold in national and international juried exhibits, museums and galleries.
