Women's royal blue, v-neck, sleeveless cocktail dress by David Meister. Costume jeweled pieces around v-neck and ruching at chest and in the middle. Fabric blend of acetate, nylon and spandex. Dress is lined with a hidden zipper in the back. Excellent pre-owned condition overall with a small flaw on back of dress (see pic 12).
