Gorgeous Decibel brand off shoulder mini dress with a side detail. It looks like there was a tag on the outside of the dress along the side seam and it has been cut off but a tiny bit remained as shown in the 7th photo. A few black threads remain. It is not noticeable while wearing. 20” from pit to pit and 35” from shoulder down. 100% polyester so it has a lot of stretch. Made in India
