Delicate Illusions tube dress beach cover Small

Very nice condition. One tiny snag, please see Photo #3, can not see it unless very close under light. No material tag, feels like polyester and spendex, very stretchy.Looks like a mini dress, but Delicate Illusions is a lingerie company, so could be beach wear or lingerie. But super cute as a dress. Measures 13.5 inches across black band at top, unstretched. and is 23 inches long. I did purchase this in a swimwear section of store. So maybe a swimsuit cover up.
