Hi, does this fit closer to an xs or s? Also does it have stretch or is it stiff?

@pepperjack7 The jacket is 67% cotton and 33% polyester - has a little bit of stretch. Jacket is not stiff but holds it shape - definitely not flimsy. Probably fits more like xs than small. Hope this helps.
