With the Jacket buttoned the measurements are as follows; Chest 23 inches across, length 32 inches long, sleeve length is approximately 25 1/2 inches long shoulder to shoulder across the back 19 inches across The pants also say size 54. The pants measurements are as follows; waist measures 17 inches across rise 12 inches high, inseam 31 1/2 inches long, overall length 43 inches Measurements are approximate.
