Dolls Kill Tea Party Lace Dress

Purchased this cute sheer dress from Dolls Kill. Brand new with tags, I never got around to wearing it although I have tried it on. Now it doesn't fit me around the shoulders and I would like to send it to a new home! Please note while I didn't use it, I did notice a little hole on the dress.
