I absolutely love everything about this dress but it doesn’t look good on me. 😩 It has some body and flare in the skirt portion which I believe is called bubble or tulip style (not sure, I’m no expert). Total length is 39”. Waist measured flat is 13”. I’m not sure where it’s from but it was sold to me as Anthro.
