90s floral whimsy dress This E.D. Michaels 90s dress is a vintage gem. It features epic strong shoulders, belted waist & POCKETS!! It’s midi length. This gorgeous dress is in excellent vintage condition but does have one tiny flaw. The seam on one of the shoulders is coming loose but it’s an easy mend. I’m obsessed w/this dress but it’s just a little too big for me.
