EUC- detailed white and black blouse. Size Small.

Great, different detailing to this blouse!! Really fun sleeve detail with double layered trimmed draping around the arms! Tie detail at neck and pretty button to close in the back. When I got this, I removed the tags for comfort while wearing. This is a size Small... however there is No brand tag.
