EUC sz small Zara plaid ruffle blouse w/back butto

This blouse is SO cute but it’s a tad too big on me so I would say it runs a bit big. Size small. The ruffle detail is on the front and in the back. Looks lovely paired with skinny jeans untucked or tucked.
