EUC-Rachel Roy maxi dress

EUC - Rachel Roy maxi dress in dark blue with stretch blue pattern. The top portion is very stretchy and the dress portion is fully lined and flowy. Please note that this was professionally hemmed up so the full length of dress from top to bottom (underarm down for bottom) is about 44.5”. I’ve had it in my closet for a long time but have only worn it a few times at most - has been dry cleaned. Originally purchased at Macy’s in Chicago.
