Elizabeth Crosby Stella Hi Low Floral Print Dress

New condition with flaws. There are two tears / gashes on back of dress hem, about 4" long each. Please see photos. Black & white floral print. Adjustable straps. Top portion of skirt is lined; bottom is not (unlike stock photo). Tags attached. 'Elizabeth Crosby' hang tag is attached with safety pin. There is also another tag that is paper-clipped on. Underarm to underarm: 16" stretches to 18" Length: 42" front; 50" back Across waist: 13"
