Elizabeth and James Plaid Sheer Pleated Vest

Elizabeth and James plaid beige and blue sheer lightweight swing vest, size Small. It is oversized so I believe it can fit a size medium too. It has tiny pleat details on the top front and back and flowy on the bottom. It has a front single button closure. It has a racerback tank style. It is EUC in excellent used condition.
