Elliatt Swing Dress. Good condition overall

Size small dress from Elliatt. Love this dress but now too small. There are a few small snags in the fabric but because of the way the skirt flows they are not very noticeable (see photos). Priced accordingly Note: This dress HAS been altered to fit a 24in-25in waist. Will dry clean prior to shipping.
