Eloquii Elements Black Tulle sleeve sweater size L/Xl

This top is so interesting and I bought it for myself personally for New Year's Eve. I only wore it that one time and then washed and hung. It's about mid thigh length on me, but I'm short about 5'1" so it can almost kind of work as a dress. awesome statement piece for a party.
