Embellished Top Hat

Here in New Orleans we live to excess. I made this hat channeling Dolly Parton who said, "Less is less. More is more." We wear these to Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, heck; even Easter Sunday. Anytime is a great time for glitter and sequins. Because it's handmade, it's SLIGHTLY delicate. If a sequin comes off, just glue it back on. Other peeps sell these babies for upwards of $400. So, it's one size, but if it's too big (which will probably be the case) you can add hat sizing from Amazon .
