Embroidered Cotton Top

100% cotton embroidered top. Main color is off white with dark and light red decorative stitching. Long sleeves have loose elastic cuffs. Front has a tie at top of V slit neckline. This is new without tags and note there is 2 small dots on the back side of the right sleeve as shown in photo. I have not tried to launder this item.
