Embroidered Floral Tablerunner NWT

Floral table runner with light green geometric design. Floral decoration is on both ends of the runner. 13 inches wide and 72 inches long. Has short white fringe on the ends. Tag says 100% cotton exclusive of decoration, and I am not sure what that means in this instance regarding the decoration. Perhaps the thread used for the embroidery on the flowers is not 100% cotton? This runner is new, unused and still in original packaging. Beautiful spring and summer decoration with a vintage feel!
