This is a vintage look Endless Rose black lace and tassels skirt. So sexy, flirty and so much fun - modern day flapper - boho! It is a lined mini skirt followed by a sheer lace layer and an added layer of tassel to finish off the style! The mini portion of the skirt is approx 13.5 " and with tassels it is about 28" long, waist is approx 28". It is in very good previously worn condition.
