Express | Drape Neck Blue Flower Graphic Dress

This is a great dress with a very pretty big blue flower graphic from Express. It has adjustable straps and two slits on each side of the dress and a draped neck. I'm 5' 2" and the dress comes to just below my knee and the slits end around mid-thigh. Only worn twice and in excellent condition. Very cute for a night on the town - great paired with a jean jacket, shawl or a light cardigan!
