Express NWOT wool short

Winter short. NWOT. Gotta be wool, although I can’t find the material tag. Either way they were supposed to be worn w black leggings & a black top w heels etc but I just got busy. Now they’re too small for me. They’re labeled an 8 but I think they run small. Like between 4-6 in my opinion. Either way they looked cute on I can’t remember anything other than that when I purchased lol.
