Express “Midi High Rise” Cut Off Shorts! Size: 00 (can fit waist sizes 24 and 25!) Medium Wash Denim w/ raw hem! EUC - no flaws - only used 1-2 times! Used to be the Express “Midi High Rise Jean” but were cut into shorts - they are super stretchy and soft material but still look like denim which i love! Approx.
