Express Black XS skater dress

Excellent used condition basic black skater style dress from Express in a size XS I LOVE this style of dress (I own this dress in at least 5 different colors). The sleeve length on this hits me just below the elbow and the skirt falls just above the knee on me. I have included pictures that show the bust measurement, the measurement down to the "waist" and the full length measurement for the dress.
