roserebellion @brandinickole_ Hi doll! I wanted to let you know I completely goofed last night and gave you measurements of a different pair of shorts. After taking some measurements of other items I realized I measured the acid washed shorts not the black ones. So if this helps, the measurements laying flat for these are 16”. I’m going to add measurements to my listing now. Sorry about that!
