FDJ Black top with Silver Specks

FDJ (French Dressing I believe) black top with gathering (ruching?) on each side. Material is soft and thin. Tiny silver sparkles in material. Hard to see in photos but it’s very pretty and can be dressed up or down. Sleeves are 3/4 length (see measurements). I maybe wore it one. It was always a little too small. Great condition. No obvious signs of wear. Measurements in photos. Smoke free, cat 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 friendly home.
