This blouse is in excellent condition. The blouse has a small V-Slit with a tie front. The ties each have three wood beads on them. The sleeves are 3/4 length. There is navy blue crochet lace at the bottom of the sleeves and the bottom of the garment. The materials/care tags are missing.
