Hi! Would you be able to post a photo of this on? I'm trying to figure out where the flare starts. Is it fitted down to the hips? Or does it flare starting at the waist? Also, is this a boat neck, or is it a really high neck? It's hard to tell from the photos. Thanks!

@mschatz11 More photos added. It’s more of a v neck. There is hidden tie to adjust bust and/or the cutout. Flare starts at empire waist right under bust. I hope this helps! Thanks again!!
