Faux leather military style jacket

Studded shoulders. Faux leather sleeves and buckles on the back of jacket. Never worn but had for a while so the material on the shoulders are peeling (shown in photos). There is fabric under the peeling material. So could just pull it off. Otherwise in excellent condition. From urban outfitters
