Fisher Price Original Little People #952 Play Family House 1969 Version masonite green base Brown and White colored Condition: The house is good and solid, The litho's are lightly faded. please see photos for any further condition. it includes the entire family, mom, dad, boy, girl, dog, and baby. this set has the extended nursery along with the original and a set of stairs. please see photos for condition. very nice pre-owned condition. there is one small dent in the corner of the base as shown in the photos. queenfoofighter @nonnag15 it's in the description, this is a complete house with extras, posh label only supports 5lbs packed, you pay $7.95,(a pre arranged bulk rate) leaving us, the seller to charge the extra postage in our price, $5 per every pound over 5. they also take 20% of our sales.

queenfoofighter so if I lowered the price I'd charge the whole shipping to you anyway, 6lbs costs $14 -$20 plus product. sometimes more. so if you asked for lower price compare the same item and condition on other sites and see if that's reasonable.

queenfoofighter I know posh makes the process confusing, it's terrible for us as well. but all the purchases are backed by a guarantee service, that's what is different. and you get priority mail services. (we have no choice)

queenfoofighter so.... the house empty sells between $25 & $50 plus shipping. then you need to buy all the people and furniture sets from $8 $12 each plus shipping on all those as well. I try to price these as close to value and good savings on complete sets. giving my buyers a great collectable toy without having to spend 3 to 4 times as much.

queenfoofighter @nonnag15 I hope that helps explain my listing better. many sellers on here charge way more for less, and sometimes you can find a few cheaper but probably not complete. my best price IS the price I post on my Fisher Price Toys. unless you bundle more than 3 which is why you'd need extra shipping.
