Floreat Yellow embroidered dress, size 12

Floreat Anthropologie dress. Yellow/gold with black embroidery. “California iris”. I bought this “new without tags”, but straps appear to have been machine stitched in the front by previous owner and there is a tiny hole on the side of the dress (see photos). Waist is about 17” flat.
