Flowy Dress/Tunic

Very sheer, incredibly lightweight dress. I LOVE this dress, but I'm not keen on the waistline. At 4'9" tall, it hits me at a strange place. I hope someone else will enjoy!!! Never worn. Xs, but would fit s. In my opinion, most Xhilaration dresses fit big.
