The hem is asymmetrical; it's both a mini and a midi skirt. There is also a small bit of elastic in the waist in the back. I'm not sure if this style is called "Molly" or "Laramie". Either way it's a beautiful skirt! Measures approximately 12.5" across the waist, not stretched.
