Forever 21 Black Off-Shoulder top from 2010s, worn once!

I got this Forever 21 black off-shoulder top in the 2010s and have barely worn it. It’s so cute but I just don’t wear off-shoulder styles very often. The top is in great condition. FYI the buttons are fake! The top doesn’t actually open up. Looks cool though! The material feels thick and good quality for this store. I did cut the material tag because it was itchy. Feels like a cotton mix (with something that gives mild stretch). Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 13.5” Pit to pit: 13” Length: 12.5” Sleeve (from pit): 19.5” Waist: 12” FLAWS: cut off material tag and hanger loops, otherwise perfect! Neither things effect how it looks when worn.
