Forever 21 Contemporary Sweatshirt Dress Size XS. Shell 1 is 76% Cotton and 24% Polyester. Shell 2 is 100% Polyester. Hand wash and dry flat. 3/4 sleeves. This could be used for a dress or a tunic top. Has seam that runs down the front. Stretchy. Has a twist at the bottom of the dress. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 24 1/2 inches, the waist is 21 inches, the hips are 19 inches, and from back of the neck to bottom of the dress is 32 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
