Forever 21 black jeans with stretch, 25 inseam

These are a size 28 but run a bit smaller than what you'd expect for a 28. The waist IS about 13.5-14 lying flat and they do stretch alot. Narrow through the hips. 25 inch inseam. Worn but still in good shape.
