Formal black beaded dress

Reposhing this item I purchased.. Loved it, but it’s to small for me. Fits like a 12P. I have big shoulder. Absolutely beautiful dress with liner. Great for a gala , prom, or formal event. I am disappointed I can’t wear it... Questions? Leave a comment below!
